Women's Health Advisory Council
The Women’s Health Advisory Council is a volunteer board comprised of women from the Lake Forest, Lake Bluff and surrounding areas whose mission is to promote the importance of women’s health issues through education, events and activities.
The Council organizes courses like Growing Up Healthy, a series of informal discussions between parents and leading experts on raising healthy children from birth through adolescence. The group’s House Calls event presents medical experts in a personal forum. The Speaker Series attracts authors who give timely health-based talks to women in the community.
