Send Flowers and Balloons to Patient

If you would like to send flowers and/or balloons to a loved one at Lake Forest Hospital, you can use our secure online order form to select, purchase and send the gift(s) of your choice. Or, if you prefer, one of our Gift Shop staff will happily take your order over the phone at (847) 535-6854 and assist you with choosing the perfect arrangement. Our flowers are delivered fresh daily to ensure the highest quality.

If your selected arrangement is unavailable, we will make an appropriate substitution of equal or greater value. Please place orders by 12:00 p.m. for same-day delivery. Gift Shop hours are Monday—Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday—Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
