Send Card to Patient

Our patients at Lake Forest Hospital appreciate well wishes from friends and family. We’ve made it easy for you to send some cheer with a free, personalized greeting card.

Simply follow the instructions below to customize and send your card. Cards are delivered Monday through Friday.

This free service is available for inpatients currently staying at the hospital. Due to the short length of time that outpatients stay, we cannot deliver cards to Same Day Surgery, the Emergency Room or other outpatient services.

To protect patient privacy, we are unable to confirm that a patient is in Lake Forest Hospital or confirm that the message was delivered. The contents of your card will be seen by Volunteer Services as they prepare your card for delivery.
