Women’s Auxiliary Board of Lake Forest Hospital Hosts Sixth Annual Health Awareness Day

Want to be more health aware? Visit this free outdoor health fair! Lake Forest Hospital staff will be on hand to answer questions and offer advice on areas including wellness, women’s health, bone and joint health, and heart and vascular health. The CareCoach, Lake Forest Hospital’s mobile health unit, will be at the fair as well, providing bone density, blood pressure and blood sugar screenings – all free of charge. Don’t miss this free community event offering tips on becoming a happier, healthier you. |
