Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Women’s Health Advisory Council Hosts its Fifth Annual “House Calls”

Lake Forest, Ill. – At Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, your doctors provide compassionate care you’ve grown to trust. This January, the doctors will go one step further — they’ll make house calls at a popular annual event sponsored by the hospital.

The fifth annual “House Calls” will include an evening of health discussions and dinner in a warm, intimate atmosphere. Six hospital physicians will lead small-group presentations on today’s most thought-provoking health topics. The evening will include plenty of opportunities for attendees to ask questions — or to share their own insights.

The historic Onwentsia Club is home to this year’s event, to be held on Saturday, January 31 at 6:30 p.m. Participants will choose two discussions to attend, enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with the physicians, followed by a sit-down dinner and dessert.

“House Calls is a wonderful opportunity to hear from leading Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital physicians on topical issues in an informal setting,” said Suzanne Myers, co-chair of the event. “It is always a lovely evening.” Myers’s co-chair is Kari Falls, a fellow member of the Women’s Health Advisory Council. House Calls is the group’s signature event.

The discussion topics vary from year to year. This year’s topics include:

The event costs $100 per person. To make a reservation, call the Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Office of Philanthropy at (847)535-6111 or register online at lfh.org/philanthropy.
