Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group (NMPG) offers primary care practices in Lake Forest, Deerfield, Glenview, Grayslake, Highland Park and Libertyville.

NMPG is a multi-site practice of physicians who are on the medical staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and faculty members of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. NMPG practices bring the exceptional primary care of Northwestern Medicine directly to our Lake County communities. 

Immediate Care Centers are also open onsite at Deerfield and Glenview to treat your family's unexpected injuries and illnesses—no appointment needed. Open 365 days a year from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., care is available for patients six weeks of age and older.
