Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital and Westmoreland Nursing Center work with multiple hospices, including Midwest Palliative & Hospice Care Center, to provide the services our patients and their families need, either in a hospital, nursing home or the patient’s own home. When medically necessary, our Inpatient Hospice Unit, located nearby, is available.
