Drive to SurviveWell
The Women's Health Advisory Council of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, in partnership with Knauz Auto Group, invites you to Drive to SurviveWell, an evening dedicated to the success and advancements in Cancer Care Services at Northwestern Lake Forest.
Enjoy refreshments, live music and the Knauz collection of classic cars. Be inspired by a patient's story about the cancer journey and meet members of our SurviveWell team, who will guide us through the evening—including Stephen W. Ganshirt, MD, surgeon, Noelle Mauer, MSSW, LCSW, clinical social worker, Cathy Spagnoli, BS, RN and Jennifer Tepper, APN, nurse navigators.
Tickets are $25 each and may be purchased online here.
All funds from this special evening support the SurviveWell program, open to all cancer patients at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital and Northwestern Grayslake. SurviveWell integrates a patient’s diagnosis and full treatment journey, providing navigation, emotional, therapeutic and practical support services to each patient and their families.
