Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation (NMFF) is a faculty practice plan for the full-time faculty of Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. Comprised of more than 650 physicians and other healthcare professionals, NMFF provides support for the clinical care activities of its members, a venue for medical education and clinical research, charitable outreach to the community and financial support for the academic mission of the Feinberg School of Medicine.

Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group (NMPG) is a multi-site practice of primary care physicians who are on the medical staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and faculty members of Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. NMPG brings the exceptional quality of Northwestern Memorial Hospital to convenient locations throughout Chicago.
NMFF NURSE CLINICIAN, PULMONOLOGY
Department: Lake Forest Regional Practice, Pulmonary Division
The Nurse Clinician will work in a multidisciplinary environment that will require exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, clinical and administrative departments. In this role you will utilize your nursing skills to perform patient assessments via phone or in person and implement nursing interventions; as such, the ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking and creativity when resolving patient care issues is highly desirable. As a Nurse Clinician, you will also be responsible for initiating and organizing patient education for the population this department serves.
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills are essential to provide our patients with an ideal care experience. Please note: the practice location is for this position is in Lake Forest.
